LMS Role
LMS were initially engaged in 2015 by Atrum Coal to build a corporate model for internal planning and strategic decision making. The model was designed to have full flexibility to run a host of different mining plans and at the same time varying funding / financing structures. This was integrated on a concurrent basis, such that a myriad of different strategies could be analysed side-by-side, in a transparent fashion.
Client
Atrum Coal NL (ASX:ATU) is an emerging metallurgical coal explorer and developer. The Company has a substantial coal position in British Columbia, Canada. Atrum are developing the world’s largest high grade anthracite deposit at Groundhog, which has a JORC resource of 1.57 billion tonnes of anthracite.
