Previously, he worked at Corality Financial Group for seven years as a team leader and was heavily involved in the development of the SMART financial modelling methodology at Corality.

Career Biography
Kenny’s extensive experience stems from working on projects globally and across a wide range of industry sectors. He has worked on more than $100bn worth of transactions and he has recently been involved in the development of a financial model for Westconnex, which at $15bn, is the largest integrated transport revitalisation project in Australia.

He has also done a significant amount of work for Campus Living Villages, which owns numerous student accommodations globally. His work includes development of feasibility models to operational reporting tools for the organisation.

Kenny was also the key modeller for a $40bn real estate development in the Dubai.  He was involved in developing a masterplan for the development of a township with close to 250 buildings.

Other key projects that Kenny has worked on are the restructuring of Reliance Rail, the PPP for NSW trains, sale of Boco Rock Windfarm and Sydney Desalination Plant PPP.
